 In real estate, it’s location, location, location. There are a lot of real estate agents on the Treasure Coast.

But when it comes to Realtors®, it’s customer service, customer service, customer service.

And here’s where the customer service piece comes in: In 2017 Norman-Page Team was ranked 6th among Century 21 South Florida Teams (Orlando south to Miami).

The team has also received numerous Century 21 awards, including the Quality Service Award, which recognizes outstanding customer service. So what makes us so special? We listen to our Sellers.

If you’re talking, you’re not learning – so first, we listen.

There are lots of reasons people need – or want – to sell their home.

Some of those reasons are happy, like getting married or starting a family. You need more space or you’re looking for a neighborhood where you like the schools better.

Some reasons aren’t that positive. One spouse passes away and the other needs to downsize. Or maybe those creaky knees can’t take the stairs anymore and you’re looking for a floor plan that’s gentler on your aging body.

Regardless, this is an emotional business.

We both acknowledge and embrace that fact with our customers, all while strategizing and focusing on selling their property quickly.


We listen to our buyers. We ask the questions and listen to our buyers’ answers. We are able to narrow the search for their new home to what they’re looking for, not what WE think they’re looking for, by asking strategic questions even before visiting the first property, so we’re not wasting our buyer’s time showing them inappropriate residences or homes above their price range.

We know the market.

All three of us have lived in Martin County for more than 20 years, our children have grown up here, and we are active in the community. That means we have first-hand knowledge of neighborhoods, schools, upcoming developments and the nuances that make each community in Martin County unique. We live it every day!


We’re not new in town. We know the statistics. We research each property and review a Comparative Market Analysis with our sellers and buyers.
You may know the numbers, but the real rewards of this business are reaped when your potential buyer walks into a home and you see that expression on their face…the one that says they found the house of their dreams.
At the Norman-Page Team, it’s not all about the numbers. It’s about working toward the moment when you see THAT expression, and knowing you’re hard work has made a big difference in someone’s life.
